Don't watch them, but I do have a fascination for doping in sports and therefor I do know the anti-doping policies of various sports like Baseball, cycling (only sport I watch), Basketball, American Football, football, etc

You're right that football (soccer) is also a joke. Doesn't excuse American sports. Bribery is a bigger issue in football (soccer) than doping.
