Uncharted's textures do NOT have that fugly plastic look that you see on so many games these days. All of the textures were hand-drawn as they were not going for a photo-realistic look. The most impressive texture work I've ever seen can be found in Uncharted.

That screenshot with the rocks is deceiving as the water is actually moving and when in motion it looks entirely different.


Not only rocks in the water looks plastic. As I said. I need to find that game and to play it. Only then I can judge it. The best water graphics for me you can find in Bioshock.

Why nobody mention Bioshock, Call of Duty 4, Unreal tournament 3? How about them?
