Beating Ornstein & Smough without a summon, in addition to everything else I ever did in Dark Souls.
Similarly, everything I ever did in Monster Hunter.
The entirety of Metal Gear Rising was epic by design.
When I started getting Platinums in the Pikmin 3 challenges I was pretty happy with myself.
The occasional fight in Xenoblade that you nearly lose but come back from the brink of death to win. Unrelated to that, one of the later boss fights. The last before everything goes to shit.
