No one would have a chance in the market with these vague rules. You can fit any game in at least one of these categories. Even Tetris.
What this does is pretty much give the Chinese government full power over every single game that is released. They can pretty much allow and disallow any game that they please based on these rules. We all know how the Chinese like to interpret their laws to the extend of ridiculousness.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
