Playstation Now is coming.

If your not in the know, Playstation Now is a Streaming service that Sony is gearing up to release.

With Playstation Now will offer games streamed to your devices, PS3, Vita, PS4 and also select Mobile devices.

Looking at the list of Playstation Now games that are in the beta, Puppeteer, Grid, Darksiders, Pixlejunk Shooter 2 and Saints Row 3, just to name a few.

So there will be both full retail games along with digital released games.

So my question is, if Sony is able to offer gamers these games streamed to your PS3/PS4/Vita, what is stopping them from activating a Digital PS4 copy to gamers that have already purchased the game ?

This would give the Playstation 4 a huge edge compared to the competition, Help convince more ps3 gamers to purchase a PS4 and may also help boost PSN sales.

What do you think gamer's ?

I don't really understand what you mean with that. You will always need a PSNow subscription to play the games on the PS4. If you just mean that they will make your purchased digital PSN games available for no additional fee within the subscription then I'll say that is quite likely.

If you mean that your purchased PS3 games will be playable on the PS4 without PSNow subsription I don't see that happening. It would cost Sony a ton of money to support all these games via stream to you. Just imagine you want to play a game you purchased for $2 on PSN forever via stream. That would be a huge loss for Sony.

Even though your streaming  the game through Playstation Now, the PS4 is still playing the game somehow.

So that means that the PS4 is capable of playing the game without Playstation Now.

So then its possible to play the game digitaly from PSN via your PS4.

So why not allow gamers that bought the game digitaly on their ps3 to play it on their PS4....
