Persona Q is more or less a SMT/EO game with Persona characters. If the DS didn't get P3P, I highly doubt 3DS will get a P5 remake. Especially since the I doubt the 3DS could handle a mutliplat between them, unless the game was severely downgraded.

PQ is still a Persona Game

If Nintendo reaches a big deal with Atlus, perhaps. The thing is it has established its market already on the Vita with Golden. I believe Monster Hunter is not on the Vita because of its success on the PSP. It was the one franchise that made the PSP relevant in sales against the DS. It made the PSP a huge success in Japan. Persona while a big deal doesn't put up Monster Hunter numbers. Right now, everything would point out toward a Vita version simply because of Persona 4: Golden being on the Vita. Everything else is speculation, especially talking about how franchises jump around.
