We should just separate hype from reality: we know that, once cloud computing power is enough, what it can actually do is strictly function of the user's internet connection lag, some uses are already known, some others could be devised in the future by devs and we also perfectly know, given a maximum and average lag, what cannot be done effectively and with sufficient quality. MS perfectly knows it too, but it prefers to keep vague to increase the hype.
It should be careful, though, because except fanboys, the vast majority of people got fed up to rage level of that fast food derived "secret sauce" marketing crap, if it insists on it it will backfire, if it hasn't started yet.
