If they are working on a title, they usually would trademark it while the game is quite far in progress. If it's a new game it could show at E3, though I'd expect it to be at TGS cause I think either Level-5 or Sony's Japan Studio's will be doing it cause Level-5 created the series and SJS seems to be the only FPS to keep the series in tact if creating a new game, since 2 had like a cross between typical anime look and a studio Ghibli look. We'll see though
