If you drive a car then you should always try your best to be aware of other people on the road, regardless of time or conditions.

If you ride a motorbike or a bicycle you should always ride with the mentality that no one can see you on the road, your life is more important than someones vehicle.

there should be laws that when in darkness the bycicle should have lights and reflectors and helmet ... at least where i live.
