Some bottled lychee-flavored white tea
A cup of genmai cha
A few cups of jasmine tea at dinner
A bottle of Yuengling
A cup of chamomile/valerian tea sweetened with honey
...in that order, and with several glasses of water in between. I'm a tea addict, as you can see.
