Yep. Wilhelm, the cyborg boss from BL2, though without the armor; Athena, the gladiator from the Knoxx DLC; Claptrap (not kidding); and the female Sheriff sub-boss from BL2.
Not sure why Athena ends up working for Handsome Jack.
As far as the humor goes, I agree. The series has had some awesome voice acting so I hope that continues.
