I'd rather not have Nintendo purchase them and here's why. Nintendo didn't localizea couple Fire Emblem games even though their first releases in the west sold fairly well. Nintendo usually ignores developing games unless those games have millions of sales. I can see Nintendo purchasing Sega and releasing nothing but Sonic. Everything else, the Atlus properities, Yakuza, etc, doomed to obscurity.
If Sony purchased we'd have a good chance at receiving the Yakuza titles and Phantasy Star Online titles. Sega's doing pretty good financially though, so if you're a fan of the more obscure games in the library, you should continue weeping.
