Is the quality of PS+ Free Games going down?

They can´t put the best titles every month so no imo. Personally i haven´t downloaded a singel game the last 3 months. But i´m still working on my backlog lol. Still a happy subscriber but i still wanna know why EU gets 1 less ps3 game while USA still get 3??
