Without net neutrality your isp can charge you different rates for different content, deliver content at different speeds or even block access to certain content. Your isp could make a deal with Amazon video and block Netflix. Basically it could become the same as how a cable provider works, different sports packs etc.
It's already a grey area, Netflix has been signing deals to 'help' isps with traffic using Netflix open connect. You can only get their 8 mbps Super HD and Super 3D if your ISP works with Netflix.
