WHat i think could of happened is that maybe The Last Guardian ran into some initial problems which prolonged developement and then they decided to do it for PS4 instead of PS3. Thats just my opinion but i think we will hear more about it soon. Maybe not at E3 but hopefully by the end of the year at least.
