The parity clause has failed us!

I think MS thought the parity clause would force low-budget dev to release their game first on xbox which would gave temporary exclusives for xbox without MS having to pay for.But the situation is the reverse! Low budget devs are releasing their games on PS first(or PC and then PS4).
