Why is it hard to believe that third parties are biased against Nintendo?

Anyhow, I'm not going to outright claim either or. I don't know how most third-party developers work behind closed doors, all I can do is speculate. From a speculative point of view, I could agree that some third party developers do indeed have a bias against Nintendo. Although, this happens with any human-run organization or faction and isn't necessarily exclusive to Nintendo.
