I have the Z1 and I love every bit of it. Never had any issues with it so far. I love the size and build of it, the screen, the camera and the long battery life (runs me about 2-3 days before I need to charge, but of course depends on what you run on it). I never had any problems with it so I never had the chance to call up their customer service.
