I don't get why everyone thinks that just because it's day 1 dlc that's it's akin to paying more for the full game. I don't necessarily think all day one DLC should have been part of the game.
But I do agree that it does happen sometimes... perfect example is mass effect 3 from ashes dlc. That dlc is a very crucial part of the story, it's a Prothean they find for christ's sake. That dlc definitely feels like it should have been a part of the game from the get go.
