Your examples are terrible, for instance the first two PSASBR character DLC was free for a limited time (and you didn't need own the game to add it to your downloads list), also Kat was very overpowered and not balanced well so clearly the characters were not finished by release day.

If you read the rest of the thread, you'll see that he was unaware of that and when we pointed that out to him, he changed his opinion over PSASBR, so props to him as far as I'm concerned.
