Due to development time, I don't think Day 1 DLC should exist. It takes time to produce this content, it also takes time for it to get approved for PSN/XBL. Look at Titanfall 360, they delay it 2 weeks before release so in other words they could easy produce store disc copies in 2 weeks before release.
