Unless Microsoft has something spectacular up their sleeve, it's going to be ugly. The Japanese are going to be turned off by the inclusion of Kinect and by the price.
Some interesting names on that list, though. Gungho, Kadokawa Games, and Level-5, among others. Registering might not mean a commitment, however. We'll have to wait and see.
