 86 meta tells me it's a pretty average game, especially now in the Era of a 7-10 grading scale and also considering the massive hype the media gave it

 

Furthermore, the fact that it completely failed to do what it was supposed probably isn't very good

That right there OP is why the people who consider Titanfall a big exclusive but discredit an PS4/PC games are never going to do so. They've got a single mind track and logic won't help. Honestly, it's a good indication of who's willing to put up a good discussion and who's plain and simple out on an agenda

 

It's probably the same crowd that thinks people only buy consoles for exclusives and think that only FPS and other shooters  can be considered system sellers

Excuse me? Not only is my assertion backed up by the behavior on this very forum (PlayStation fans being more excited about the prospects of Titanfall coming to PS than the actually coming Final Fantasy XIV while Xbox fans show no desire to want FF XIV on Xbox), but more importantly, the sales data as well.

I'll agree that Titanfall is a system seller, though that's debatable given that average weekly sales actually decreased in March, but saying that no one wants to play FFXIV is absurd. Same thing for saying that everyone wants TF, if it was truly such a big deal it would have helped X1 sales not lessened them. So clearly, there's plenty of people who don't really care for it.
