Everyone knows Sony is probably the absolute worst at keeping secrets (or maybe the very best at "leaking" upcoming announcements), but given that there is no current pressing need to convince consumers to buy a PS4 now for games that are coming in a year or even later since the PS4 already Print$ Money!, it's very likely that they're simply holding off on software announcements until E3.
They have been pretty quiet relative to the amount of commercial success their new platform has been enjoying, but since Sony currently doesn't have to sell the PS4 on what will be rather than what is, whether they announce games that are 6-12 months off in the future today or another 2-3 months from now really doesn't matter.
Personally, Sony doesn't have to convince me to buy a PS4 and they don't have to assure me of its worth based on games I can't go out and buy today, so I can wait knowing that the odds are highly in favor of consumers seeing the same level of software support on the PS4 as they did for the PS3.
