1. MGS1,2,3 I never get as pumped playing any game as I do when I'm working my way through one of these titles, trying to remain COMPLETELY undetected... it's just cool, and really gave way to the genre.
2. FFVII, I know it's cheesy but I had never had ANY interest in JRPGs b4 that(or any rpgs at all) and just recently I pumped 242 hours(no type-o) into FFXII and now I'm churning through Oblivion still.
3. I just now realized that I read your thread wrong.... Sony developed games, shit I typed out 1 and 2 using my controller and I'm not about to erase them....let's try again...

1. I'll go with Shadow of the Collossus here for the same reasons, along with Ico, I wouldn't be able to choose between these.
2. Everquest definitely broadened the scope and appeal of that genre(one I still have not tried, but who knows with The Agency on the horizon)
3. Super Rub-Dub, never before have I seen the rubber duck genre presented with such innovation and true vision.
