I wouldn't really considering buying any next gen system yet. Neither the PS4 or X1 have libraries that can really justify the purchase. I would say the WiiU can justify it if you like Nintendo's game, but don't be surprised to find it has the "worst" library by the end of the gen. The Nintendo exclusives haven't quite been meeting the standards of their Wii predecessor, and it lacks the 3rd party support to make up for it.
Basically, buy a PS1 :P
