It's just that some people can't seem to handle the sight of 2 boys kissing or even just holding hands. They are afraid they might crawl out of their screens and kiss them. 

Everybody knows you can catch homosexuality by looking at pics on teh webz. Its where the idea for the Ring movies came from.
