no, hell no. But as time went on prior to release something felt off. It was weird that the system could only support ONE gamepad at a time, the actual gamepad itself is not as fancy as was initially thought. I remember people saying it could function independently that turned out to be crap. It was supposed to be stronger than it is now, that turned out to be crap. Even then I expected to do at least N64 level, its not even GC now
