I prefer Vita to any Nintendo hardware too, or else I would have bought a (japanese?) 3DS and I wouldn't belong to this thread.
But, as I say again, the "no games" dogma must be thought in a very general consummerism point of view. If you check the Vita salesfigures for last week in North America, there's little to celebrate. Sony is also... smart not to supply resellers with the hardware and saving on advertising, and the result is the perception that this portable console is dead and "has no games"...
