Which Sony-developed games do you feel are the most influential in gaming? I think the top 3 choices are clear, but feel free to criticize:
1) Parappa tha Rappa: as far as I know this is one of if not the first rhythm game available. To this day, this game still has the best reviews of any Sony game ever made.

2) Shadow of the Colossus: my favorite game of last generation, on any console. Creative, artistically beautiful, one of the few games I can show a non-gamer and impress them. It's gorgeous. I actually believe it will remain the most visually arresting game until Team Ico outdoes themselves.
3) Everquest: obviously not known for its Playstation incarnations, but still developed by Sony and still highly influential. MMORPGs existed long before this, but I doubt anyone here remembers any of the MUDs available before EQ put the genre on the map.
