Releasing the same game twice with slight graphical upgrade for most likely a full priced release is... They already announced Playstation Now, why bother doing this and not just using that?

Consumers aren't forced to purchase this, do you understand this simple concept? If you don't want it, don't buy it. There are people out there who were Wii/Xbox 360 only gamers last gen that have now purchased a PS4. I'm sure they would love to play some of these PS3 exclusives, and so Sony is giving them the oppurtunity to play them on PS4 with improved graphics and all the dlc included.

You seem to think that Sony is automatically charging your credit card when this game is released. Don't worry, they won't.

No, I understand the whole cash grab concept but there are other ways they could have done this such as Playstation Now (provided thats a cheaper alternative of course).

The problem with PlayStation now is that it requires a pretty good download speed as well as a constant internet connection. I think I remember the minimum was 5 MB/s...For some people thats not possible.

Not to mention that some people seem to have a misconception that PlayStation Now is a PS4 service or feature. It's not. It's a Sony service. Used across various Sony devices including tablets, TVs, and the Vita. A PS4 version of Beyond and The Last of Us does not interfere with PlayStation Now no more than those games already being on the PS3.
