I still have a lot of older original games, N64, ps1, saturn, 3do, gamecube, original xbox, dreamcast but I also emulate the same systems. I've been mucking about with dolphin recently but most of the games I already own that I'm emulating. Most being the key word. I did download starfox assault which I've never owned but was curious about. There is no new market for Gamecube games now its all pre-owned. However Nintendo may well start selling gamecube games on the wii u e shop if they haven't already.
I personally would rather own a physical game and once bought I feel that entitles me to download an iso of the same game for emulators etc.
