I knew someone would try to cop out like this for that quote. He is still 100% wrong considering he gave a percentage of the chance of Ps4 dominating. Considering there is still a very real chance that it will happen the 0% number makes the quote 100% wrong. Now if he said 1% then yes, that means if ps4 dominates then there was always a small possibility of it happening

But on the subject, you're right. There's never a 0% on anything.
