This is pretty good. I'm sure it's been talked over and approved but it still feels like a genuine thing to say. People like when it feels as though you're being honest with them and not talking down to them.
I also know the "all about games" direction they've switched to is mostly PR talk, as there hasn't actually been time enough to change anything, but I do wonder if Microsoft is serious enough to keep buying third-party exclusives. Titanfall makes me believe that EA is out there trying to sell exclusivity to the highest bidder, for one, and I doubt they'd be alone. If Microsoft doesn't mind spending a ton of money then there could be some major surprises in the works.
