Yes.
Talisman and Cosmic Encounter (older editions are the best!) are two of my favourites. Also pretty much anything by Cheapass Games.
For card games, Wizard and Cribbage are amazing. I'm long since done with collectable card games, but Illuninati (NWO or otherwise) will always be awesome.
