I agree that a lot of people at IGN are idiots, but the issue at hand is not whether or not he should give that game a review score but rather how Joe is misquoting things, let's stick to the topic at hand instead of how Dan is obviously an idiot.

Joe didn't misquote anything. If you watch his review (which was very thorough and well thought out), he basically poked fun at the statement "believe the hype" and mentioned 9/10 and 10/10 scores. That's not misquoting.
