I really don't like Joe, he is annoying and unfair towards a bunch of games he doesn't like. It's also a pretty stupid move to call the big reviewers names, just because they give other games high scores. Of course IGN were bought, everybody knows that. But he doesn't have to criticize the high scores. If he gives it a low one it's alright and he can show his grief towards higher scores more discretly.
What I'm really stunned by is the rating system of IGN and I'm curious why Joe wasn't more bewildered by it and just got mad. Does this IGN guy really say that something with an 8 in front is "great" and a "9" is amazing and that is everything that counts? So an 8.9 and an 8 are much closer than an 8.9 and a 9? That's the biggest pile of turd I've EVER heard. Why don't they just give full numbers then? And this guy is acting like it's common sense. I'm hating review sites more from day to day. Just crazy.
