He's simply discrediting somebody for misrepresenting his company, and it's logical to do it in public IMO. What's the point of taking up the issue in private when Joe is even acting like a teenager on a public tweet?

Arguing over a 0.1 score difference and ignoring the actual point (what really matters) is being petty and being a dick.  You don't try and discredit an entire argument over a 0.1 score difference.

edit: and 8.9 was shown in AJs video, so he is arguing over a 0.1 mentioned in the tweet by AJ, so the IGN guy not even having a fit over AJs video anymore.

Dick move, maybe, but still not factually wrong, Dan chose the route of confrontation which might seem like a waste of time TBH because most people on this planet are idiots, but he's still not factually wrong, more like a waste of people's time. XD
