At the very least, sometimes you might find a 3 IV.

There's a IV checker in the Pokemon Center in the same city as the Friend Safari.

He will only comment on thier highest IV (will state multiple stats if 31), but will also mention if they its 0 IV as well.

"Stats like those... They simply can't be beat! That's how I judge it." = 31 IV
