There is a lot more about it than just Sony.MSFT like the game was originally prototyped on the Ratchet and Clank engine as well as and how the game was almost destroyed by lawsuits

Oh right, sony is perfect in every way and this has to be a fake. Duh!

No company is perfect, some times you think there is something to take a risk for and other times you dont.
