Who said anything about dialogue? This is the animation director so, naturally, he was speaking about the animations and how they made all the animations so varied that you won't see the same one twice.

Not that hard to believe.

its the same concept though. lets say there are 100 number of animations. once you see all 100 the next time you see an animator it would be something you seen before.
