i was going to write about how its a retarded thing for them to say, If you read it in context it makes alot more sense. as he is simply talking about if you wa;k around the corner the cars will be different, the people will be different and youll have different options for what you can do. so what you can do will basically always be different. which is kind of expected for an open world game on next-gen. I mean i would hope they would randomize that stuff.

the title is misleading as some may think it means hundreds of ways each to throw a punch, enter a car, or walk down the street etc.
