Who said anything about dialogue? This is the animation director so, naturally, he was speaking about the animations and how they made all the animations so varied that you won't see the same one twice.

Not that hard to believe.

I recall one of the guys saying each character had a unique selection of dialogues and that we won't hear the same thing twice.
