Time for a second batch of questions, this time regarding EVs. As far as I understand, Pokemons learn EVs while travelling. Each stat has an associated EV. The EV has a total max and a max per stat. 4 EVs increase the stat about 1 at level 100 (and relative to that on lower levels).
EVs are increased in three ways: Battling wild Pokemon (each Pokemon has a fixed number of EVs and a fixed stat for the EV associated with it), feeding Vitamins or in X/Y Supertraining.
Question 1: Is that right so far?
Question 2: Is there a way to determine the current EVs of a Pokemon?

Super Training seems the easiest way without doing it wrong. After the initial stuf you have 6 trainings, for each of the stats one. After I go through a training, it says 'stat +4'.
Question 3: I assume that means the stat in question gained 4 EVs, is that right?

So I could sit down, make supertrainings with a freshly catched or breeded Pokemon and could get the real EV-number if I note each training.

Question 4: But without Super Training the Pokemon hits punching bags. Does that influence the EVs in any way? And what change the selection of a punching bag?
Question 5: Could I train a level 1 Pokemon with Super Training to max out it's EV and then level it by fighting wild Pokemon without bothering about the fights will change the EV anymore?
Questions 6: If it evolves, will the Pokemon keep the EVs?

6 is a definite yes. 5 is probably yes.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
