Neither is 600p, 792p or 900p. Next gen (2021) 4K upscaling will be standard. 4K native will be too much, so we'll see anything from 1200p to maybe a few titles running at native 4K. Most will fall in the middle, 2560x1440 at 30fps.
Even if it stayed at 1080p, 30fps will still be used to squeeze out more effects and better lighting.
