Go with what you know, especially if you have Xbox Live already.
I have both consoles. Both Infamous Second Son and Titanfall are good games. I haven't had the time to fully sink into Titanfall, so I cannot give you honest speculation as to its replaybility. But I did play and love the Beta also.
Infamous on the other hand I finished in a couple of days. It was fun, but its now done!
