First of all, I kinda wish the gaming industry just used Movie Ratings (R-Restricted, PG-13, etc, would make games easier for parents to understand). And I agree with this guy that games rated M shouldn't be sold directly to minors, just like a minor shouldn't be able to go rent "Showgirls" at blockbuster.

He just wants attention, obviously. Would it really matter if he couldn't practice law anymore in Florida? He would just take the bar exam in Georgia or Alabama and practice law over the border there. Just leave him be. The people that really NEED to stop him (videogame companies) have teams of lawyers for stuff like this, and most judges think he's kinda kooky anyway, so I would just ignore him.
