That is very misleading as it doesnt take into account how the salaries increased in relation. Besides, is that US or something? Its not representative of the whole world.
I am fairly sure that games today are hitting Sonic 3 like prices. Your pretty graphic tries to hide that but my wallet doesnt. Of course, those games were failed price experiments as sales plummeted as a result.
