What do you mean by that ? Dangan Ronpa 2 is the sequel for Trigger happy.
I guess the differences would be: Dangan Ronpa 2 introduced additional gameplay mechanices like Truth sword and Logical dive, addition of new mini games and an alternative storyline for Trigger happy called Danganronpa IF. As for its worth, personally I really liked Trigger Happy(and am planning to buy the sequel) and would definitly recommend it to people.

Danganronpa is a SEQUEL of Trigger Happy Havoc.... with new characters and new plot, new events, puzlle and probably new gameplay. If You liked the first... go on and preorder already.
And, again, NO, it will not include the first.. in Japan both were actually One release... it was a Collection of both games ported from PSP. As inthe west both weren't released NISA decided to sold them by separated. Anyway in Japan both games priced more than both on the west by separated.
