There were two console generations during the 90s; which one was better games-wise?

Fourth Generation:

49 million - Super Nintendo (Super Famicom)
40 million - Sega Genesis (Mega Drive)
10 million - TurboGrafx-16 (PC-Engine)

Fifth Generation:

102 million - Sony Playstation
33 million - Nintendo 64
10 million - Sega Saturn
